The journey includes some of Ladakh's most famous landmarks such as Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace, Khardung La, Nubra Valley, Diskit Monastery, Hunder, Pangong Lake and Chang La. Detailed Itinerary
Arrive at Leh Airport and transfer to your hotel. Spend the day resting and allowing your body to acclimatise to Leh's high altitude. Avoid strenuous activities and drink plenty of water.
Later, if you feel comfortable, take a short walk around the local market and explore the nearby surroundings.
Overnight: Leh
After breakfast, begin your Leh sightseeing tour. Visit Shanti Stupa, offering panoramic views of Leh and the surrounding mountains. Continue to Leh Palace, followed by visits to Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace.
Spend the evening exploring Leh Market, where you can shop for traditional handicrafts, souvenirs and local products.
Overnight: Leh
After breakfast, begin your scenic drive towards Nubra Valley via the famous Khardung La. Enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding Himalayan ranges and high-altitude landscapes.
On reaching Nubra Valley, visit Diskit Monastery and the giant Maitreya Buddha statue. Later, head towards Hunder, famous for its sand dunes and distinctive double-humped Bactrian camels.
Overnight: Nubra Valley
After breakfast, drive towards the magnificent Pangong Lake. The journey takes you through remote Himalayan landscapes and beautiful mountain valleys.
On arrival, spend time beside the lake and admire its changing shades of blue against the dramatic mountain backdrop. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and capture memorable photographs.
Overnight: Pangong Lake
Wake up to beautiful views of Pangong Lake and enjoy some peaceful time around the campsite. After breakfast, begin the return journey to Leh via Chang La, one of the world's high-altitude motorable passes.
Continue towards Leh and spend the evening relaxing or exploring the local market.
Overnight: Leh
After breakfast, enjoy a relaxed day exploring more of Leh and its surroundings. Depending on the schedule and local conditions, visit attractions such as Hemis Monastery and Stok Palace.
Spend the evening at leisure in Leh, shop for souvenirs or enjoy the local cuisine.
Overnight: Leh
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Leh Airport for your onward journey.
