The Char Dham Yatra is one of the most sacred pilgrimage journeys in India, covering the four revered Himalayan shrines of Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath in Uttarakhand.
This carefully planned journey takes you through dramatic mountain landscapes, peaceful valleys, ancient temples and some of the most spiritually significant destinations in the Himalayas.
The yatra combines scenic road journeys with trekking, particularly at Yamunotri and Kedarnath. From the sacred source of the Yamuna to the divine temple of Badrinath and the majestic Kedarnath shrine, every destination offers a unique spiritual and cultural experience.

- Drive through the scenic Himalayan foothills.
- En route, visit places such as Mussoorie and Kempty Falls, subject to the route and schedule.
- Continue towards Barkot.
- Check in to the hotel and relax.
- Overnight: Barkot.
- Early morning drive to Janki Chatti.
- Begin the trek to Yamunotri Dham.
- Visit the sacred Yamunotri Temple and hot water springs.
- Spend time for prayers and darshan.
- Trek back to Janki Chatti.
- Drive back to Barkot.
- Overnight: Barkot.
- Breakfast and departure for Uttarkashi.
- Enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery along the route.
- Visit the famous Vishwanath Temple in Uttarkashi.
- Check in to the hotel and relax.
- Overnight: Uttarkashi.
- Early morning departure for Gangotri.
- Drive alongside the Bhagirathi River through spectacular Himalayan landscapes.
- Visit Gangotri Temple and the sacred Bhagirath Shila.
- Explore the spiritual surroundings of Gangotri.
- Return to Uttarkashi.
- Overnight: Uttarkashi.
- Early morning departure towards Guptkashi or Sitapur.
- Long scenic drive through the Garhwal Himalayas.
- Enjoy views of mountain valleys and rivers along the way.
- Check in and rest after the journey.
- Overnight: Guptkashi/Sitapur.
- Drive to Sonprayag.
- Continue towards Gaurikund as per local transport regulations.
- Begin the trek towards Kedarnath Dham.
- The trek offers magnificent Himalayan views along the route.
- Reach Kedarnath and complete darshan as per temple timings.
- Overnight: Kedarnath.
- Early morning darshan at Kedarnath Temple, if required.
- Begin the descent towards Gaurikund.
- Continue to Sonprayag and transfer to Guptkashi/Sitapur.
- Rest and relax after the trek.
- Overnight: Guptkashi/Sitapur.
- Drive towards Badrinath through beautiful Himalayan roads.
- En route, enjoy views of the Alaknanda River and mountain valleys.
- Check in at Badrinath.
- Visit Badrinath Temple for evening darshan, subject to temple timings.
- Overnight: Badrinath.
- Early morning temple visit and darshan.
- Visit Mana Village, India's last village near the international border, subject to local conditions.
- Begin the journey towards Rudraprayag/Joshimath.
- Enjoy the changing Himalayan landscapes.
- Overnight: Rudraprayag/Joshimath.
- Breakfast and departure for Haridwar/Rishikesh.
- Drive through the scenic Garhwal region.
- Reach Haridwar/Rishikesh by evening.
- Drop-off at the designated location.
- End of Char Dham Yatra.
